Background
|
Born to a minor house, Jobou Wulao spent his early years as a civil servant with the Ministry of Diplomatic Affairs. After several years performing his dreary duties with excellent marks, he came to the attention of the Ministry of Intelligence. With his keen sense for details, he was reassigned and trained as a field observer - a spy in casual parlance.
He acceled at his new occupation for several years, working at various outposts stationed along the edge of Centauri controlled space. He earned a major feather in his cap when he delivered to the Ministry vital information regarding Narn arms sales to the league of Non-Aligned Worlds. This caught the attention of prominent politicians in the Centaurum. Jobou was quickly reassigned to the Centaurum directly. He has become of of the best field observers for the Republic, reporting directly to them. In essence he is one of their personal spies.
Recently, he has been assigned to Babylon 5, to observe and report on all activities - including keeping tabs on the Centauri Diplomatic Corps stationed there. His current cover is that of a Centauri merchant with a shop in the Zocalo. This affords him perfect viewing opportunities - right out in the open.
His only flaws are he loves women and hates space travel.

Unassuming 5'7" tall, short cropped fan style black hair, brown eyes, and fair skin. The kind of face you would not remember five minutes after you saw him.
