Star Hero Index These are links to Star Hero related web sites. Please notify me if you find a new link or a bad link. Terran Empire Mon'dabi Federation • Species • Bob Greenwade's excellent TE species work for his Mon'dabi Federation Embassy campaign. Fitz's Terran Empire campaign • From the web site: "Here will be stored character sheets, a (hopefully current) campaign journal, and stats for any vehicles or gadgets which might pop up in the course of the campaign. Also, I'll post details on planets and systems the party have encountered, or are likely to encounter." Alien Wars Submit your AW stuff! Star Hero Campaigns/Settings The Kandris Seal • For centuries, a secret war has been fought between the Keepers of the Broken Circle and the Thaumaturgia. The Keepers are now recruiting and creating paranormals to fight for them, and the Thaumaturgia must do the same, or Earth will be lost! The Kandris Seal, the first licensed product for the HERO System 5th ed., is a campaign sourcebook for use with Champions. It can be used as the basis for a campaign world, or easily integrated into an existing campaign. Knights of Mimm • These stories deal with a great interstellar empire existing more that 1,000 years in the future. Mimm is positioned at the edge of Imperial Space, and lies at the boundary of the vast unknown. This is Warp9's SH campaign. A Flash Into can be seen here. Quatermain SF • A Science fiction setting for the Hero v5 rules, set in an alternative future 300 years from the Current Era in a domed city that acts as a Diplomatic and Economic Boomtown for dozens of alien species. Star Aria • This is JohnTaber's Star Hero Campaign, a near Space Opera style campaign set in the far reaches of space. Adventures will revolve around the PC’s and their new home, the asteroid mining colony Archimedes 2. A lot of background information will be provided so the players have a good idea about what the universe is like in 2402. Sci-Fi Genres Converted to Hero Babylon 5 (local) • This is Aroooo's B5 site. Here you will find all you need to play Babylon 5 characters using the Hero System 5th Edition rules. Fading Suns Hero • This is BCHoles's conversion for Fading Suns. From the Fading Suns web site: "It is the dawn of the sixth millennium and the skies are darkening, for the suns themselves are fading. Humans reached the stars long ago, building a Republic of high technology and universal emancipation — and then squandered it, fought over it, and finally lost it. A new Dark Age has descended on humanity, for the greatest of civilizations has fallen and even the stars die. Now, feudal lords rules the Known Worlds, vying for power with fanatic priests and scheming guilds." Firefly Hero [site MIA] • This is jackalope's Firefly site, containing character write-ups, game info, Hero Designer files, and more. Highlander Hero (local) • This is tkdguy's Highlander Hero write-up. Hosted here is the 20 page PDF. RoboTech Hero (local) • This JohnOSpencer's RoboTech conversion. Its still a work in progress, but we're happy to give it a home here. RoboTech Hero • Another rendition of RoboTech in Hero by wyliepalmer from the Hero boards. Shadowpunk (local) • This is a conversion for Wizkids' (formerly FASA) Shadowrun RPG, and is one of the most comprehensive conversion write-ups ever. 151 pages! Created by Damon_Dusk over at the Hero forums. StarGate Hero (local) • Character writeups from shem_whistler. Equipment soon to come. Star Trek Hero (local) • Eodin's TrekHero.pdf, a collection of 5E package deals, devices, and other information for running a Star Trek: The Original Series campaign for Star Fleet, Star Fleet Intelligence, or Merchant styles; and TNGHero.pdf, for playing Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space 9 in 5th edition Hero. Star Wars Hero • Bobby Farris' Hero Star Wars. Its 4th edition, but still a valuable Star Hero resource as it is very detailed. Star Wars Hero • Another Star Wars Hero creation by Dan Behlings, this one more Jedi Academy oriented. Star Wars Hero • Another Star Wars Hero creation by Nevenall, this one also more Jedi Academy oriented. Traveller Hero • Officially licensed Traveller Hero publication by ComStar Games. Traveller Hero • Another site with some ship write-ups by TravellerHero from the Hero boards. Warhammer 40K • Warhammer 40K weapon conversion notes. Have not verified what Hero edition it is for. Other [Star] Hero Related Links Other RPGs Converted to Hero • Lord Liaden created this great listing of other Hero works and conversions. Very extensive. Worth checking out. More Hero Conversions • TheQuestionMan created this list of conversion projects. This list (at Hero's forums) contains mainly links to other Hero forum threads where fans have posted their projects, rather than hosted web sites. Also worth checking out. The Stuff Heroes Are Made Of • Listing of Star Hero sites on the web Surbrook's Stuff Character Archive • Probably the most comprehensive character archive on the web. Created by Michael Surbrook, he's got write-ups for many famous sci-fi characters, including Darth Vader, the Alien from LV-426, Cowboy Bebop, and one of my all time favorites, Buckaroo Banzai. Other Generally Cool Sci-Fi Links Alien | Aliens | Alien3 • Serena Dawn Spaceport is probably the definitive Alien RPG site on the web. Its not Hero, but it is Fuzion - which means the conversion is very easy. The Banzai Institute • While not Star Hero related, the mention of Buckaroo Banzai should not go without at least a mention (and a link) to the Banzai Institute. Freelance Traveller • Intended to be a resource where you can find information on all aspects of the Traveller science-fiction role-playing adventure system. http://www.orionsarm.com/main.html Orion's Arm • A massive online worldbuilding project, including worlds, aliens, creative writing, and more. Worth checking out.
